Hajj and Umrah must be done with five conditions:

The first condition: [Islam] for the Almighty: [but polytheists unclean do not close the Sacred Mosque after this year] Surah repentance verse 28.
And because it is not valid for them and it is permissible for them to do what is not valid, because the acts of worship are not obligatory except for the Muslim, because every worship is not valid from a kaafir because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
The second condition: [mind] No Hajj or Umrah on a madman only to wake up to say peace be upon him [raising the pen about three: the mad fool on his mind until he begins, and the sleeper until he woke up and the boy until he dreamed] Narrated by Imam Ahmad and the people of Sunan Pp. 2/35.
The third condition:It is not obligatory to perform Hajj on a boy until he reaches the age of Hajj. According to the hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) that a woman was raised to the Prophet (peace and blessingor more in s of Allaah be upon him) as a boy, she said: Is this a Hajj? He said: [Yes and you reward] Narrated by Muslim 2/974.
It is narrated by al-Khatib al-Baghdadi and classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Sahih 2729.
The fourth condition: [Kamal al -Hurriyya ] It is not obligatory to perform Hajj on the owner of the property, but if he is Hajj, his Hajj is valid, but he cannot be divided from the hadeeth of Islam because he said: peace and blessings be upon him.For more information see Cheap Umrah Deals UK
The fifth condition: [Ability or ability with money and body]:

If a person is able to carry his money without his body, then he is enjoined from performing Hajj for the woman who is a thief who asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). [Yes] in the farewell plea) provided that the deputy has defended himself.
As for those who are able to do so without their money and cannot reach Mecca, Hajj is not obligatory for them.
If a woman does not find a mahram, then the Hajj is not obligatory for her to say (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). And I subscribed to the invasion of such and such said peace and blessings be upon him [Vahj started with your wife] Bukhari with conquest 6/143 and Muslim 3/978.

But the scholars differed as to whether it is obligatory for a person who has not found a mahram to do tawaaf from one who performs Hajj and Umrah. Or should not?

On the two sayings to the scholars on the basis that the presence of mahram is a condition for performance? Or is it a condition of necessity? And the famous Hanbalis, may God have mercy on them - that the mahram is a condition for the obligatory and that women who do not find a haraam does not need a pilgrimage and does not have to evaluate who is Hajj.
