The debt is meant to be the rights of God, such as disbelief and human rights.

But if the Hajj is performed on the judgment of the religion and dies before it is spent, it will be in danger, because the martyr will forgive him everything except religion, so how else?
If the average of the case and wanted to appear rich, and bought a valuable car to be rich, and has no money to do Hajj, he must sell the car and the price of Hajj, He buys a car that fits his condition.
Because spending it on the price of this precious car is not a legitimate expense, rather it is an extravagance that forbids Sharia.
And it is considered in alimony that he has enough and his family until he returns.
And he shall have after his return what is sufficient and sufficient to be spent on them like the wages of property or salary or trade and so on.
Therefore, he does not have to pay the capital of his business, which is spent on himself and his family from the profit, if the lack of capital will result in a lack of profits so as not enough and his family.
The Standing Committee (11/36) was asked about a man who has an amount of money in an Islamic bank and his salary with the profits of the money is moderately sufficient. Is he obliged to make Hajj from the capital knowing that this will affect his monthly income and make him financially burdened? She replied:

"If your condition is as you mentioned, you are not charged with Hajj because it is not possible to do so. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
What is meant by the original needs: what man needs in his life so much, and makes it difficult to dispense with it.
Such as: Books science to the student of science, we do not say to him: sell your books and Hajj in the price, because it is the original needs.
As well as the car that needs it, we do not tell him to sell it and Hajj in its price, but if he had two cars and he only needs one, he must sell one to pay for the price.
As for the maker, he does not have to sell the work machines because he needs them.
As well as the car that works on it and spends on himself and his family who conducted it, he should not sell it for Hajj.
One of the original needs: the need for marriage.
If he needs to get married, he will offer the marriage on the Hajj, otherwise, he will offer Hajj.
Then it is the financial capacity to prefer enough to perform Hajj after spending debts, legitimate expenses, and original needs.
Whoever is capable of his body and money must go through Hajj.
And he was unable to body and money or was able to body, but a poor no money to him, it must not Hajj.
And he was able to finance, but he can not physically look:
If his disability is to be removed as a patient, he will be able to heal his illness. He is waiting for God to heal him and then perform Hajj.
If his disability is not likely to be removed as a cancer patient or an elderly person who cannot perform Hajj, then he must make up his Hajj, and the Hajj will not be invalidated because he can not afford it if he is able to pay it.
And the evidence is :
What was narrated by al-Bukhaari (1513) that a woman said: O Messenger of Allaah, the obligation of Allaah to His slaves in Hajj is for my father to become a great sheikh who does not fast on the deceased. He said: Yes.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) accepted her saying that Hajj is obligatory on her father, even though he cannot perform Hajj on his own. According to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): "No woman should travel except with a mahram." Narrated by al-Bukhaari (1862) and Muslim (1341). It is not permissible for her to travel to Hajj.

It is not permissible for her to travel with him.
And it is feared that the Hajj is not justified, that the Hajj is justified, which is not associated with sin, and this sinner in all travel until it returns.
The mahram is required to be very reasonable.
Because the mahram is meant to protect and protect women and the boy and the insane do not get it from them.
If a woman does not have a mahram, or he is found, but he refuses to travel with her, then she should not do Hajj.
It is not obligatory for a woman to do her husband's permission, but she must perform Hajj if the conditions of the duty are met even if the husband does not authorize it.
The Standing Committee (11/20) said:
Pilgrimage is obligatory if the conditions of power are met, and the husband's permission is not granted, and it is not permissible for him to forbid it, but he is permitted to cooperate with her in performing this duty.

This is in the obligatory Hajj or naafilah. Ibn al-Mundhir reported unanimously that the husband forbade his wife from performing naafil Hajj because the husband's right is obligatory for her, so she should not miss what is not obligatory for her. Singer (5/35).
