First: General Health Guidelines for Hajj and Umrah:

General health guidelines for people with chronic diseases:
  • Consult your doctor before going for Hajj to assess your health status.
  • Take enough medications, and keep them safe.
  • Take medicines on time.
  • Follow your doctor's instructions, including diet compliance.
  • Wear a wrist strap or (identification card) that shows the name, age, nature of the disease, quality of treatment used, place of residence and contact numbers.
  • We advise you to advise your Hajj companions about the quality of your illness and the medications you are taking to help you if necessary.
  • Not to exert a high physical effort, and to take the legitimate licenses such as the Prophet in throwing stones when the conditions are met.
